So we were invited to an evening at Emerald Downs. My friend Alana from work is a member and she reserved us some sweet seats in the Turf Club on the 5th floor and a great view of the races. I was joined by a few of my friends from work. This was a first for some but not for others. Rich did most of our bidding and placed bets on horses with names such as She's on Top, Holy Stack, Johnny Nuggets, and Mr. Uh Oh. We weren't guaranteed to win but we were guaranteed a good time with friends. Which we had a great time but ended up as big losers.
